摘要：
This article presents some impacts on the labor qualification generated from the implantation of a new procedure of production. The scenery of this study is a market which appreciates the information as well as its capacity to change it into knowledge bringing some differential to the enterprises. Therefore, the worker will have to understand this new way of qualification and at the same time to know how the market can evaluate it.
