Felix Vicat is studying War Studies (and Classics) at KCL and has travelled extensively through China, Russia, the Caucasus and Africa. He won a Sir Peter Holmes Award for a visit to the north of Sri Lanka to try to understand better how the war finally came to an end. This is his report.
