摘要
A generalization of the global target deconvolution procedure for the analysis of fluorescence depolarization data in membrane vesicles is proposed. This new procedure links data at different temperatures using exponential spline interpolating functions and is suitable for systems that present phase transitions. Here we have performed and analysed single-photon measurements for the probe 1,6-diphenylhexatriene (DPH) embedded in dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine (DMPC), dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) and distearoylphosphatidylcholine (DSPC) multilamellar vesicles, obtaining order parameter [P2] and rotational diffusion coefficient D(perpendicular-to) as a function of temperature.
