摘要
This narrative survey explores 15 women leaders' discursive representations of leadership. Two themes emerged in the narratives: making a positive contribution to the world and behaving ethically. These themes create a moral discourse of leadership. The findings suggest adding purpose and scene to the dimensions of leadership that are subject to ethical considerations, and developing a model of leadership ethics based on a feminist ethic of care.
