摘要：

In the article are presented the results of the research conducted in 2008 regarding the degree of knowledge and acceptance of the "Entrepreneurial culture" concept. The research was realised among teachers in the Romanian higher education. Data analysis revealed a high degree of notoriety for the term entrepreneurial culture and the tendency to associate it with its positive attributes. On the other hand, the research has allowed to identify a set of perceptions and positive representations regarding the current organizational culture of the university, and the conditions requested by the possibility to reset the universities in an entrepreneurial direction.
