In this article ideas are exposed it has more than enough concepts, dimensions, aspects and categories for the evaluation the competitions of the graduate ones of technical means that they live in the city of Holguin and that they have studied in this same city. The arguments are the fruit of several investigations carried out in the Department of Mechanics of the Faculty of Technical Sciences of the University of Pedagogic Sciences "Jose de la Luz y Caballero" of Holguin, Cuba. These ideas can so much being of utility for those that are in charge of routinely of the evaluation of the competitions like for the investigators that have as thematic the competitions.
