摘要：

The main aim of this paper is to show how issues that had been far from Management Learning, such as cinema or literature, can be used as a mean to strength students' managerial capabilities. The origin of this idea stems from a deep review of the literature about learning methodologies in Management. Specifically, this paper is a practical application of this idea to the case of the novel entitled 'Fear and Trembling'.
