摘要：

This article treats demographic projections and environmental changes, by presenting a vision of the challenges which result from it for the institutions. Are examined, through the prism of the durability of our modes of development, the process of ageing, the mobility of the population and the spatial demographic changes, the renewal of the watery and forest resources, the food safety and the inheritance of biodiversity.
