TEMPERATURE AND FIELD-SWEEPING RATE DEPENDENCE OF FLUX JUMPS IN A MELT-TEXTURED YBA2CU3O7-X SUPERCONDUCTOR

摘要
Magnetization hysteresis measurements of the melt-textured YBCO sample have been carried out in various temperatures. The saw-tooth-like flux jumps, which is a characteristic behavior of high Jc, type II superconducting material, occur at temperature below ∼ 10 K. The jumps are less spaced with decreasing temperature or increasing field-sweeping rate. Magnetization hysteresis data at 65, 70, 75 and 77K are well illustrated in terms of the flux creep model. © 1990.
