DEMOCRATIC REFORMATION OF THE STATE

This work develops the idea to consolidate a democratic transformation in Mexico from some interesting perspectives among the ones that emphasizes initially a new conception of the idea of democracy abandoning the idea of conceptualizing it to locate it as a way of government, after a necessary social maturity, as a civic virtue inherent in a new type of citizen. Of the same form it analyzes the most suitable way to try this transformation, approaching the social slope from the Reformation of the State conception and adding the legal perspective that is based on the constitutional rules as it bases to denote any process of change in the social structure. Tie elements with these processes are approached in addition between which it excels the present operation of the political parties, the form as the power is exerted, the authoritarianism, the economic factors that affect to the society and the indifference of the policy as opposed to the attention of necessities of the population.
