摘要
Cinema should become an essential pedagogical tool in teaching constitutional law. Its ability to influence emotions, and therefore to generate empathy, making it a suitable instrument for compressing constitutional values and to learn and understand complex contents of fundamental rights. This not only contribute to a comprehensive training of future lawyers but also to the formation of a civic ethics without which it is impossible the exercise of democratic citizenship. Experience teacher of constitutional law at the University of Cordoba, translated into several educational innovation projects, support the use of films in the classroom, which, in addition to the objectives already mentioned, helps to stimulate critical thinking and the argumentative abilities of students.
