摘要
This chapter explores the intervention with NONS (nonreligious or nondenominational) and NUNYAS (none of your business) in long-term care hospitals. Attention is given to the use of a process called Appreciative Inquiry (AI) as a method used by chaplains to validate and encourage older persons who may feel isolated from their spiritual roots.
