FREQUENCY-DEPENDENT ELEMENT MATRICES FOR ROTOR DYNAMICS ANALYSIS

摘要
In this paper frequency dependent element matrices are developed for rotor dynamics analysis. This is achieved by utilizing higher order dynamic correction terms in the associated stiffness, gyroscopic and mass matrices. The procedure for the computation of these structural matrices and the unbalance force vector is described in detail. Numerical results indicate that the present method leads to a more efficient and economical solution for rotor dynamic analyses, when compared with analyses based on the usual structural matrices. © 1992.
