This article aims to correlate the "Law of Gag" to the Adornian semiformation's category, in what concerns an education aimed at emancipation and understanding of the possibilities about teaching after Auschwitz these days. How to provide an education that allows us to break with the bonds of Nazi-facist thought still present in our society? In order to do this, we will analyze the document "Free School", a Draft Law by the Alagoano deputy Ricardo Nezinho authorship, which proposes the "neutrality" of teachers in the classroom. This project earned the nickname "Law of Gag" by the Alagoano's educators for being an affront to the student's legal rights, who would be at the mercy of an education based solely on schooling and disciplinary control, a barbarism against the student's intellectual and social formation, therefore, it is a visible educational retrogression to Alagoana's education. The methodology used is qualitative, has as procedure the analysis of the content characterized by Chizzotti (2006) as a method that refers to the elaboration of themes that allow to correlate with the established categories and, thus, designating some inferences about the research in question. Therefore, we attain to the following results: the above -mentioned law is a mechanism for controlling teaching autonomy, making it impossible for education to become an instrument for the full formation of the subject, being a clear setback for society and a fruitful foundation for the semiformation, because it obstructs the process of development and learning aimed at emancipation and autonomy.
