摘要：
This paper summarizes the volume's conference panel discussion. It highlights, informally yet incisively, the most difficult interrelations of science and politics, of politicians and the electorate, of economic analysis and economic realization. Six leading experts in the field state their ideas on the present and future state of the art in environmental economics. The unifying theme has been the interlocking role of information and decision making in environmental policy.
