摘要:
The current condition in some Mexican forests comes from a history of socio-economic and physical depredation; however, in natural spaces where the impact was not severe enough, trout farming has been able to establish itself as an important activity in the livestock sector where the promotion committees take a constant care of both animal health and quality water. Since the 1970s, smallholders and ejidatarios have found this activity as a survival alternative and at the same time they want to give an added value to their landscape through the incorporation of restaurants and recreational services in order to give hiker a better service. Nevertheless, the exploitation of aquifers in the forests represents different and changing threats over the years.
