摘要
Electric resistivity and ac susceptibility were measured for La2-xSrxCuOy system as functions of x and y. With decreasing y, the sample becomes less-conductive and finally semiconductive even for x greater-than-or-equal-to 0.15. The present transport behavior is consistent with the NQR experiments that have revealed the microscopic separation between different electronic states owing to the oxygen deficiency and/or rapid cooling.
