摘要
This paper presents the characterization in the time domain of the turbulent wall-pressure field in a square array of cylinders in turbulent axial flow, i.e., wall-pressure correlations, root mean square (r.m.s.) wall pressures, length scales and disturbance convection velocities. The measurements were made in connection with an experimental program to determine the spectral characteristics of the wall-pressure field for the purpose of analyzing the turbulent flow-induced vibration of cylinders in the bundle. This paper complements the work presented in Part 1 of this investigation, where measurements and characteristics of the wall-pressure field were presented in the frequency domain. © 1992.
