摘要：
Carcinosarcoma of the lung is a rare malignancy. Endobronchial and parenchymal variant are classically described. Clinicopathological features are often related to anatomical location, as is the case for most lung neoplasms. This case report details the surgical management of a carcinosarcoma in a patient seen with pulmonary osteoarthropathy.
