摘要
The optical properties of self-twin ZnO nanoarrays assemblies giving a large fraction of polar planes were investigated by the photoluminescence (PL) and a UV-visible spectroscopy. Self-twin ZnO nanoarrays assemblies exhibited strong green-yellow band emission in wavelength of 510-580 nm and a bandgap energy of 3.15 eV. The intensity ratio of ultraviolet emission to green-yellow emission was increased after sintering treatment at 623 K. The N-2 adsorption isotherm behavior addressed BET surface area of about 18 m(2)/g. Such ZnO product with unique morphology will find new practical applications severed as optical device, catalyst, and in electronic and optoelectronic devices.
