摘要
Fully stabilized cubic ZrO//2 single crystals containing various Y//2O//3 concentrations were deformed at 1400 degree C in air. The yield and flow stresses increased with increasing Y//2O//3 concentration, and stress-strain curves were dominated by a region of zero work hardening from very small strains for all compositions.
