摘要：
Oblique facial clefts are rare congenital deformities. Tessier number 5 facial cleft is the rarest of all the oblique facial clefts. Association of this particular facial cleft with limb anomalies is even rarer. Here we present the first case report of bilateral Tessier number 5 facial cleft with associated upper limb constriction ring, and describe the surgical management and long term follow up results after 14 years, together with an update of literature review on this rare anomaly.
