摘要：

Ascites associated with acute hepatitis B is very rare. In this case report, two patients with ascites related to acute hepatitis B infection were reported. In both of the cases, ascites was not detected initially. At the follow ups, abdominal swelling was developed and ascites was detected by abdominal USG. Albumin levels were decreased gradually. In one patient, paracentesis was performed and the fluid has the characteristics of transudate. After the treatment of aldacton and human albumin, ascites was disappeared and all of the biochemical tests were retured to normal in both of the patients.
