摘要
It is analyzed, as essential methodological issue, the influence that the theological concepts (say ontological) have in the political and legal concepts, thesis defended by Carl Schmitt, that we are going to change with the work of Foucault. Later, after the consequences of this methodology, the author explores a possible way of accommodation of the proposals of the last Foucault with glut the market, and is contrasted with a Idea of Hispanic community, the proposal by Juan B. Fuentes Ortega.
