摘要：
The enhancement of heat killing of CHO cells by treatment with 7 mM procaine HCl increased when cells were treated under alkaline conditions. Below a pH of 6.9, very little heat sensitization was observed; however, as the pH was increased to 7.4 and above, considerable heat sensitization occurred. There were no changes in intracellular pH at the beginning of heating that could be responsible for this phenomenon. © 1990.
