The motivations that animate us understand the reasons why young people are leaving the field is the concern we have when we observe that this process is intensified even more. The reality that these young people are placed for them puts great challenges, where several elements present in communities influence the permanence of these young people in the field. We seek to draw some paths such as education and public policies that directly influence the identity construction of young people.
