摘要
Taste is the category in which the bourgeois aesthetics that emerged in the 18th century formulates the promise of autonomy to reconcile without fissures the form of subjectivity with the claim to objectivity. This promise of autonomy was canceled by the capitalism of mass consumption and replaced by the taste as the medium for creative adaptation. This poses the question of a "different taste" beyond bourgeois autonomy and consumerist adaptation at the same time. This is the idea of taste as passion (pathos) or Kraft - as "reluctance" (Adorno).
