摘要：

Congenital absence of scrotal skin is extremely rare and no reports can be found in the literature. Few experienced pediatric surgeons have seen a case and no method of creation of a scrotum has been described. A patient with this condition is described, together with a method of construction of a scrotum from preputial skin. © 1993 W.B. Saunders Company. All rights reserved.
