摘要
In this article the theoretical and experimental performance of a FET harmonically synchronized frequency divider is presented. A large-signal nonlinear characteristic transconductance description is adopted; the locking range can then be calculated by use of the method of averaging. The result is demonstrated by a common-drain reverse-channel GaAs FET frequency divider.
