摘要
The binary systems of aluminum with transition metals are very complicated with many intermediate phases. Conventional chemical bonding models with consideration of availability of different electronic configurations and the role of generalized Lewis acid-base interactions provide an understanding of these systems. The stable phases of 77 binary systems of aluminum are characterized. © 1990 American Chemical Society.
