摘要：
Fine and high-purity aluminum nitride powder was prepared from aluminum citrate precursor. The phase changes during the nitridation process were examined by X-ray diffraction and the morphology of the precursor and AIN powder was observed with SEM. The resulting powder has excellent sinterability and the sintered AIN samples show high thermal conductivity.
