摘要：
1-]2-(3,4-Dimethoxyphenyl)ethyl]-4-hydroxypiperidine and its 4-acet-(propionyl- and benzoyl-)esters were synthesized. Benzoyl ester was found to have a local anesthetic and antihypoxic (barochamber) action.
