摘要
It is important to distinguish between general computing competencies and specific translation computing competencies, which are associated with many tools and tasks. Mastery of the former must be attained before progressing to the latter. The use of information and communication technology in training contexts tends to enhance learning, contextualise learning appropriately and encourage a professional approach. The contexts of instruction and use of acquired competencies are very diverse and the nature of this context in each case permits the selection of competencies and tools to be taught and practised.
