摘要
Chronic particulate matter exposure is correlated to various health effects, even at low amounts. However, short-term exposure is also associated with health risks. Building implosions can cause PM10 levels >50,000 mu g/m(3). In consideration of the known health hazards, building implosions in an urban community should be avoided as well as large amounts of spectators close to the place of detonation.
