摘要：

The development of GIS instruments can provide a better management of transport systems. The Laboratory for Mobility and Management of Politecnico di Milano implemented a GIS system able to help the Italian Department of Civil Protection in its work of managing the risk associated to transport activities and of bringing relief. The GIS can, considering different kind of inputs (even not just related to transport systems), identify the links of the principal road italian network that require a particular care to limit inconveniences and negative impact for the whole network.
