摘要
A flow injection method is developed for the determination of ruthenium(III) based on its catalysis of the periodate oxidation of the 1,10-phenanthroline-iron(II) complex in the presence of perchloric acid. The calibration graph for Ru(III) obtained by measuring the decrease in the absorbance at 505 nm is linear up to at least 0.12 μg ml-1 with a rsd of 3% at the mid-calibration range. The detection limit and sampling rate are 0.1 ng in 20 μl and 50 h-1, respectively. The interference effects of some metal ions are studied. © 1993 Academic Press. All rights reserved.
