摘要
The influence is studied of the partial substitution of Fe3+ with Sc3+ in ferrites with general formula Mg1.2Mn0.4ScxFe1.6-xO4 . It was established that Sc substitution leads to much greater reduction of Ms, as compared with Al3+, Cr3+ and In3+, as well as to lowering of the resonance linewidth and the dielectric losses. © 1990.
