摘要：
Acoradiene 7a, isolated from vetiver oil, is one kind of spirocylic sesquiterpenes containing the spiro[4.5]decane nucleus. A new synthetic approach towards the total synthesis of (+/-)-acoradiene via free radical cyclization for the construction of the spiro[4.5]decane nucleus has been completed.
