摘要：
The robust stability problem of linear time-invariant singularly perturbed systems is discussed, where the system matrix may have a parameter perturbation bounded by the H-infinity-norm. A sufficient condition for the upper bound of epsilon is given, such that the stability of the actual system (or the full-order model) can be inferred from the analysis of the reduced-order system (or the slow model) in separate time scales.
