摘要
An overview of the theoretical work is provided showing that superstrong magnetic field due to the deformation of the atomic electron shell can affect the probability of occurrence of nuclear processes such as beta-decay and beta-decay. Presented the results of experiments in which the violation of secular equilibrium of uranium-thorium chain and distortion of initial isotopic composition of uranium were registered. It is shown that the distortion of the isotopic composition is due to increase in the probability alpha-decay of U-238. It is noted that in these experiments any significant flow of gamma and neutron radiation was not observed.
