摘要
This paper is part of the General Research Project: Tourism and development - new scenarios in the comprehensive management of tourist destinations in the southwest of Buenos Aires. Part II, which takes place in the Department of Geography and Tourism at the Universidad Nacional del Sur (Bahia Blanca, Argentina). The project aims: to present a comprehensive study on the use of the Bahia Blanca's historic center as a leisure space, hub of much of the local cultural heritage. The analysis is part of the Touristic Marketing Plan developed for the urban sector understudy, in order to make it more dynamic and consolidate it as a meeting place for residents and visitors.
