摘要
This article aimed to discuss the concepts of Knowledge and Organizational Learning from the perspective of Knowledge Management. It intends to show the reader e-learning as a current trend that integrates heterogeneous sources of knowledge in a unique means of access, in order to take better decisions, generate new knowledge for competitive advantage and reduce costs in enterprises. However we must stress that the idea of investing in e-learning solely because of reducing logistic costs without seriously considering neither the effectiveness of learning, nor the cultural changes needed to the implementation of this trend, is a path fated to multiple problems, rigidities and inefficiencies.
