摘要：
This paper verifies the usability of government information services through heuristic criteria. It discusses the historical perspective of accessibility laws and presents concepts related to web accessibility. It was found that it is necessary to revise the Brazilian legislation on the subject and constant study of the accessibility guidelines, because the normative role of the executive branch in this segment, pursued by the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, will only be achieved through the promotion and establishment an entrepreneurial management of resources for this purpose.
