摘要
Giant magnetoresistance of Co90Fe10/Cu/CoxFe100-x/Cu metallic multilayers produced by ion beam sputtering have been investigated. A large differential MR ratio at low fields in the [Co90Fe10(1 nm)/Cu(2 nm)/Co90Fe10(3 nm)/Cu(2 nm)]7.5 multilayer was obtained: 6% in the field change of 50 Oe.
