摘要
Data on the enzymes of nuclear skeletal structures are reviewed. The material is grouped in accordance with the international enzyme classification. Oxidoreductases, transferases, hydrolases, isomerases, ligases, and possibly lyases are found among nuclear matrix proteins. The enzymes,form functional systems which provide DNA replication, transcription and repair, regulation of genome expression, signal transduction by second messengers, defense against viruses, and recombination. In addition, the enzymes under consideration maintain the structural integrity of the matrix and mediate its modifications.
