Politics, Youth and the Internet: Transformations and Perspectives of Understanding in Latin America

This text presents the problem of a framework of approach and interpretive deconstruction for analyzing the transformations of political practices by youth currently found in two Latin American capitals (Bogota, Sao Paulo) connected through the Internet. To accomplish this, the study begins with a bibliographic review and the identification of empirical cases, insisting on an interdisciplinary approach, discussing the categories of youth, power, the political production of youth and political non-construction of the social moratory, as well as a classification of approach tendencies related to the Internet.
