摘要
A novel method for enzyme immobilization was developed. This system represents the first successful use of silk fibroin (obtained directly from Living Bombyx mori) as immobilization materials for the construction of an urea electrode. It is based on the structural transition of the silk fibroin membrane from alpha-helix and random coil to antiparallel beta-sheet. Operational conditions and response characteristics of the resulting urea electrode were investigated, including immersion time, pH, buffer, response time, calibration curve, recovery, thermal stability, and lifetime.
