摘要
Arachidonic acid is the first time established (7 % of total acids) and eicosapentaenoic acid confirmed in significantly greater amounts (23 %) in the lipids of the green man unicellular alga Nannochloris sp. Cholesterol and sitosterol are the main sterols. Fatty acid and sterol composition do not change when nitrate or urea are used as nitrogen sources Nannochloris is suitable for use in the artifical nutrition chain phytoplankton - zooplankton fish.
