摘要
Two extracts of cones of Cupressus sempervirens were prepared, one by percolation with 60% (v/v) ethanol, the other by hot extraction with 80% (v/v) ethanol. Qualitative analysis of the polyphenols revealed dimeric (B1 and B5) and oligomeric procyanidins, and flavonoids (kaempferol, quercetin, quercitrin and isoquercitrin). Quantitative analysis of the polyphenols has been summarized.
