摘要：

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a prevalent worldwide condition. There is growing evidence that many TBI patients suffer from chronic posttraumatic sleep-wake disorders (SWD). In the following article, the literature on posttraumatic SWD are reviewed with the objective of providing the reader with a solid understanding of the current knowledge of the relationship between TBI and SWD.
